This meeting confirmed all actions to date and agreed the outline and actions required for next meeting as follows:
(1) Proposals for new paraphernalia/memorabilia associated with Coral 50th, as well as potential rationalisation of legacy product lines. We will ask the Association to consult its members and confirm, NLT 31 Jul 17, which product lines are most likely to sell. We will do the same within the Battalion. Based on the feedback, we will proceed with product orders in time for Coral 50th. Potential new items include: Battalion History Picture Book; specially corked alcoholic beverage; new coin; flags/miniature colours; figurine and/or print by Conway Bown.
(2) Proposed design for the Memorial Garden, which, ICW E&IG, we will seek to construct during the Assault Pioneer Basic Course (Aug/Sep 17).
(3) Proposed design for the Battle of Coral diorama (Bill Thorley).
(4) Outcomes of meeting with Bde Res Mgr on progressing reservations for Coral 50 Dinner.
(5) Feedback from OC SPT on his team's visit to Hobart for Coral 49.
(6) Feedback from the Association on the Coral 49 Open Day.
