First Post has been going for a very long time and now that we have established two websites that cater for membership and history it is time for it to be laid to rest.

There is one more edition this year to end the FY16/17 subscription year (that will be the March/Apri 2017 Edition) and then there will be one more complete year with 3 editions ending in March/April 2018.

It is worth noting that First Post is not included in annual membership and is paid for in addition. So even Life Members who wish to receive First Post, pay the $15 extra for First Post, which covers the printing, stationery and postage costs. Current subscribers are listed on the website if you are in any doubt about whether you are paid up for this year or not. Some members have paid in advance for FY17/18 already. No further action required by them. By end of August 2017, a new list of those who are subscribed to receive First Post in FY2017/18 will be placed on the website to see us through to the end. 

We will still correspond to all members by post at least once a year. We are however very keen to get everyone's email addresses to reduce the cost of postage and keep membership costs down.
