Trial of MyService

DVA is seeking Australian Defence Force (ADF) members who enlisted after 30 June 2004 and have an injury or disease related to their ADF service to register with MyService today.
 
MyService is a new online service that provides an easier way for clients to get covered by DVA. For the purpose of the MyService trial, the term ‘cover’ is being used instead of ‘claim’.
 
Through MyService, clients will:
- be identified using electronic verification, removing the onerous paper-based proof-of-identity process
- view the requirements for cover and medical statements of principles relevant to the injury or disease
- save an incomplete request so that it can be accessed and completed at a future point.
 
It’s important to note that your injury or disease doesn’t have to be severe to seek cover from DVA. Sometimes it’s just about being covered for the future. If you have any questions, or wish to talk to someone about your cover before registering with MyService, email myservicesupport@dva.gov.au, provide your phone number and DVA will call you.
